ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
RitzMobi endeavours to ship your order within 2 - 4 business days from the date of placing the order excluding Fridays and public holidays. You can get in touch with our friendly RitzMobi representatives through email: email@example.com with your order number to determine the status of your product delivery.
However, estimated delivery times are subjected to several factors including national holidays, carrier delays, customs clearance and weather. These are not directly under the control of RitzMobi and the company cannot be held liable for delays associated with it.
It is also important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. RitzMobi is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

If you wish to receive your products earlier than our stated delivery time, you can collect them at our collection points, the details of which are:
1. RitzMobi warehouse, Mussafah-44, Building No.13, Room No.5, Abu Dhabi; from 10 am to 9 pm.
2. Dubai Gallery at Mushrif Mall; from 11 am to 7 pm.

In the event that you receive any incorrect or defective item, please notify us by email within 24 hours of delivery. The same applies if the product is damaged under warranty. We will require a picture of the damage, and upon reviewing we will re-ship the parts of your order that are damaged or incorrect at no additional cost to you. All products should be in original and unopened form when shipped back to the return address labeled on the package before we ship the corrected order.
