RitzMobi will not knowingly pass on any details we hold on customers or web site visitors to any third parties.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that any details that you submit to us are kept secure. The details that you submit to us will be kept to process orders only. You have the right to withhold personal information that is not needed for the transaction.

When processing an order, we require the details of the credit/debit card to be used in payment as well as both a delivery and billing address, e-mail address and contact number. We reserve the right to refuse the fulfilment of any order in the event of an unsatisfactory verification of your order.

If you find any inaccuracies we will delete it or correct it promptly. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy. We do, however, reserve the right to pass on any details we hold to relevant authorities in the interests of preventing crime.

We may use the e-mail addresses submitted to us to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the RitzMobi web site, new services and special offers we think you’ll find valuable.

We will give you the right to refuse any marketing e-mail from us in the future. We monitor customer traffic patterns and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of the RitzMobi web site.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a ‘cookie’, which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening.

The following applies to any information you provide to us, for example during any registration or ordering process.

·        If you obtain or choose to buy products through our website or give us personal information then we may collect information about your buying behaviour and if you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters then we may collect this information into a file specific to you. All such information collected by us shall be referred to in these terms and conditions as Personal Information.

Shipping Policy

Delivery Charges:

RitzMobi provides free delivery for order value above AED 2oo within UAE and above AED 500 for International orders. A flat charge of AED 15 for orders within UAE and courier charges for the various international destinations applies for all other order value. There are no other hidden costs involved in your purchase.

RitzMobi offers both cash on delivery and credit card payment methods.

Estimated delivery time:

RitzMobi endeavours to ship the items within 2 – 4 Business days from the date of placing the order excluding public holidays and Fridays. Customers may get in touch with our friendly RitzMobi representatives through email with your order number to determine the status of your product delivery. Estimated delivery times are subjected to several factors including national holidays, carrier delays, custom clearance, weather, product availability and credit card authorization. These are not directly under the control of RitzMobi and the company cannot be held liable for delays associated with it.

It is important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order. RitzMobi is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.

Please note that products listed as ‘pre-order’ and ‘forthcoming’ are expected to be in stock soon and can be reserved for a customer. The shipment of these products will be within 2 – 4 business days of RitzMobi receiving the first shipment of the product.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Replacement and Refund Policy

Replacement of Damaged & Wrong Product Delivery:

We offer replacement of damaged and wrong product delivery at no additional costs. Customers are to email support@ritzmobi.com with your order number and photograph of the damaged or wrong product delivery within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Our team will assess the situation and arrange to pick up the product from your location within 5 business days of receiving the return request. The replacement product will be dispatched as soon as we receive the product and delivered to you within 2 – 4 business days at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging together with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds & Exchange Policy

RitzMobi do not provide any cash refunds. Returns of product due to customer dissatisfaction or wrong order from customer will require the customer to incur the cost of shipping. Customers are to email support@ritzmobi.com with your order number and photograph of product with explanation of the concern within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product has to be shipped to RitzMobi within 5 business days. Upon receiving the product, RitzMobi will send you an email confirmation together with a coupon code amounting to the value of the product order and customer may use this coupon code for a different product purchase on our website within 15 days. No negative balances will be refunded and any additional charge above the original order value must be paid by the customer together with the delivery charge upon receiving the exchanged product (Cash on delivery).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and customized orders cannot be refunded.

Warranty Product Replacement:

Products that are under warranty will start their warranty period from the date customers receive the product. If there are damages to the product within the warranty period, customers are to email us at support@ritzmobi.com with your order number. We will inform you of the availability of our technicians for you to drop off your product of deliver it to our warehouse at your own cost. Products must be accompanied with the original warranty receipt to receive our services. Damages to product due improper care by customer, unfortunately will not be listed under warranty and may be serviced at a fee.

International Orders:

For customers outside UAE, please email us at support@ritzmobi.com with the concerns and you should mail your product to Building 13, Room No 5, Musaffah-44, Abu Dhabi, P.O.Box:8294 United Arab Emirates only after receiving an email confirmation from us. You should consider using a shipping service that comes with a tracking service or purchasing shipping insurance. We strongly recommend that you save your return tracking number until you have been notified that we have completed your return. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. A confirmation email will be sent out once we receive the return product. Customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless product is damaged or wrongly delivered by RitzMobi. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a coupon code, the cost of return shipping will be added during order payment checkout. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
